We live in a world where mediocrity is accepted, though deep down we know the latent potential in each of us far exceeds the low bar we tolerate. Fortunately there are some safe havens from the tepid waters of mere "competency".
Rachel has been trained as, and continues the education of a teacher. That means she offers the perspective of a practitioner along side the skill set of an educator. Her words are effective, yet compassionate, and she concerns herself with the well being of her students, not her own ego. She will lead your horse to water AND have him drinking.
