The Feldenkrais Method works through movement, but not in a mechanistic way. Instead, movement is viewed as the gateway to the nervous system, to our behavior and interaction with the world. The method works with your brain’s representation of yourself and of the world, which permeates everything you do. Through developing more awareness, Feldenkrais lessons help you remove obstacles that obscure or prevent you from living life the way you want to.
Functional Integration lessons are hands-on, individually tailored lessons which explore how you move and shine a light on new possibilities for movement, leading to new possibilities for all aspects of life.
I'm also a professional musician and love to work with performing artists to help them see the benefits of the Feldenkrais Method for performance enhancement.

Stacey is a wonderful Feldenkreis instructor! She leads classes in a relaxed and clear manner and encourages feedback and discussion about the lessons and effects they bring about. She is interested in helping each person get the most out of the experience as is possible. I wish I could attend more often!
