It's body sustainability. Whether you’re young or old, a fitness buff or a couch potato, rolling with a YBR ball can help you feel better, more vibrant, more alive! YBR consists of a series of routines using balls designed for self-massage. Working with the body’s own gravity, the exercises ease movement in the muscles to the point of relaxation, offering weight-bearing exercises,with the benefits of a deep self-massage. It helps stretch and elongate your muscles, dislodge tension and discomfort, increase blood flow, and promote healing.

The classes will focus on routines that allow you to let go of unproductive patterns throughout your body by working specific muscles in detail, to create suppleness in tight areas and optimize range of motion. This dynamic process lengthens muscles, opens joint spaces and stimulates bones. It works with the body’s natural energy pathways, releasing contracted muscles and changing restrictive patterns of movement. The results are improved alignment, an increase in range of motion, more energy, strength and fluidity in the body.

    I don't think you'll find a better Pilates or Yamuna teacher. Tiffany is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and responsive to her student's needs, and able to adapt the teaching to a variety of needs, injuries, etc.

    Tiffany is a very talented Pilates and Yamana instructor. I appreciated and prospered under her attentive and focus direction and guidance. Not only did I see noticeable [positive physical results and changes in my body after a few sessions, but she also helped me gain flexibility and mobility in my hips (which I had problems with for years) through the practice of Yamana. She fine tuned each session to fit my immediate and long term goals and she was always a pleasure to spend an hour with! She has a pleasant demeanor and a good sense of humor and was very patient but also detailed in her explanation and illustration of new exercises.
