Have you every wanted to make soap but didn't know how? This is a great opportunity to learn the easy way--with glycerin. Within two hours, you can not only create a beautiful soap, but learn the basics to make layered soap adding special ingredients. Shower not included!
The course is taught through Portland Community College and the Winter Term date is Saturday, January 30th. It will be held at the Tigard Senior Center. The cost to PCC is $29.00 plus $15.00 materials fee.
