Workshop: Drawing Fundamentals - Anyone Can Draw

0 sessions available

Subject: Art

Ages: All ages

Skill level: Beginner, Intermediate

The statement 'anyone can draw' is true: we can all draw. In this class you will explore accuracy in rendering through exercises including: different measuring techniques; how to achieve accurate values and color; exercises involving techniques to find the models personality. Lighting, developing settings for the model; and experimenting with different painting mediums will also be covered. Drawing is the visual equivalent of writing. It can be plotted and planned or intuitive and automatic. Drawing is both a tool for the artist, as well as being an art form in and of itself. Prerequisite: None
