Imagine taking two hours a week, for eight weeks, and dedicating that time to yourself and your creativity. Imagine spending that time exploring each of the seven chakras, or energy centers in your body, through a short, guided meditation and then creating a collage that explores the colors and symbols of that chakra. At the end of seven weeks, you’d have seven collages, and you’d have that eighth week to discuss and integrate them – even figure out to connect them or display them. You don’t just have to imagine it, you can do it.
All materials will be provided. However, if you want to bring images or objects to the first class that symbolize or include the color red, the color brown, roots, feet, hips, the spine, grounding, earth, courage, vitality, confidence, will, stability, or your relationship to the material world, feel free to do so.

The Spiral Notebook Necklace class was so fun and the necklaces are so cute. But I am in SO much trouble for making one for one granddaughter, but not her sister! And for one daughter, but not the other. Everybody that sees them wants one. The location was perfect, the time was adequate to complete the projects, and she was SO prepared.
