I took on a huge project for my kids' school and found myself lacking the necessary graphic skills. At one point, I was ready to concede; but then I found Jen! She spent two sessions with me, and I got the task completed with her guidance and learned some valuable skills along the way.

Jen was very easy to work with and seemed to know just the right amount of information to give me at a time. She validated that I understood a process before she moved on. She also made templates and documented the project steps, so that I could continue to make progress between our sessions.

I can't recommend her enough.

Jen tutored me one-on-one to gain a basic understanding of Illustrator and to learn how to use my scanner to scan in and then manipulate original artwork. I know how to do the basics with my computer, but am not "tech savvy". Jen was very patient and accommodating guiding me through learning basic terminology and concepts and taking me through exercises focused on the applications I am interested in. She obviously has a lot of knowledge of these subject areas, but never made me feel dumb. She was always encouraging and enthusiastic.
