Kung fu is an exciting and interesting way to develop good physical fitness. This well-balanced program includes cardio, strength, and flexibility training, while learning a beautiful chinese martial art. Kung Fu develops focus, confidence, coordination, inner peace, a positive self-image, and self defense skills. At Body Balance, students take a safe and intellectual approach to Kung Fu training. The focus is on balanced physical and mental training for good health and longevity.
