Electric Bass Instruction

Hi, my name is Bill Noertker. I've been teaching bass lessons for 18 years.
I teach on Tues, Wed, and Thurs from 4-10pm.
I charge $40 for an hour lesson.
Ask about my special rates for prepaid lessons.

Learn to improvise, read music, create bass lines,
read chord charts, and be creative with scales and modes.
Lessons will include technique, theory, improvisation and repertoire building.

All levels, ages, and interests can benefit from my teaching method.
My students range in age from 12 to 60 years old.
I have enjoyed success with people who are just beginning to play,
and have also helped professional bassists fine tune their skills.
Every student is different and I personalize each lesson
to fit the interests and goals of each individual student.

I have professional experience playing a wide variety of musical styles,
including jazz, blues, classic rock, indie rock, and soul music.

I am located in San Francisco's Richmond District
with easy access by auto or public transportation.
