I am an artist, writer and teacher. I love working with my hands sculpting out of clay, copper, and window screening. I also love to write. Many of my sculptural pieces include short stories that I've written as I worked on the clay figures, masks and copper repousse'. I'm fascinated with the artistic process and love interviewing other artists and writers. By encouraging the creativity of children and adults in my mask and art classes, I learn something new everytime. So many times visual art and writing are separated and divided. I see them as equally important creative outlets for everyone. Join one of my classes and explore your creativity.
