This class is an introduction to Tricking, a relatively new sport derived from Open Form Martial Arts competitions. It has been described as a combination of martial arts, gymnastics and breakdancing. If you've ever seen Capoeira, imagine that, plus elements from many other martial arts and breakdancing, add a little kung fu movie magic, and you've got tricking. We like to say "You'll learn how to do all the crazy stuff you see in wire style kung fu movies - only without the wires"
We have a huge training area, with a good portion being a gymnastics spring floor.
