About Belly Dancing
Bellydance is the Western term used for a traditional style of Arab dance. The two most common forms of bellydance are Raqs Baladi and Raq Sharqi. These styles are performed by both men and women. The former is a social dance, while the latter has a more theatrical flair that is popular in the United States.
