    I've taken many classes at Full Circle and have walked away every time with a sense of satisfaction and the urge to drive to the nearest course to show off my new skills. Mark and Marti are the best. They take the time to listen and are not just spouting out instructions on where my head should be, or whether my posture is perfect. It's about feeling what's happening, and when you finally do, it's pretty cool. I'll be back.
