Description
We are offering two opportunities for interested folks to experience a taste of what our creativity workshop is like - Dec 3rd and December 14th!
Each class begins with a grounding and centering meditation to bring our intentions together as a group and prepare us for a creative journey within.
There will be a brief teaching covering the dynamics and characteristics of the chakra we are focusing on for the session.
Following the teaching we will have a facilitated open discussion for greater exploration of the concepts surrounding the chakra. We will reflect on the deeper meaning for each of us and how this concept enhances or detracts from our current experience of life.
