Description
Learn to create, execute, and manage reports using Report Builder, Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server 2005 Business Intelligence Studio. You'll explore creating reports with groups, expressions, conditional formatting, and parameters; create tabular, matrix (cross-tab), and chart reports; employ shared data sources, interactive sorting, and drill-down capabilities. Also gain a thorough understanding of Reporting Services security, report snapshots, subscriptions, and the use of custom assemblies.
(Prerequisites: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2005 and 2000 with Transact-SQL, familiarity with the Visual Studio development environment.)
This class lasts for three days.
