I am a certified Personal Trainer and I understand that everyone has different needs/goals --- increase strength, recover from injury, weight loss, more energy, or just looking better---I will design a program specifically for you. Diet and nutritional advice also becomes part of nearly everyone’s program.

Pricing Details
Your first session is FREE. I have 1 – 3 clients at a time and the cost is only $25/hr ($200/mo), less than half of what most clubs and gyms charge for personal training. There is no long-term commitment or gym membership.

Heather is extremely knowledgeable within the area of fitness, health and training. She listens to exactly what I want to accomplish and she really focuses on my goals and what we need to do to achieve them. She is always ready to introduce me to new exercises that she believes will help me get the best possible results.
She motivates me to work harder and keep my goals growing higher each session. I have been working with her for approximately 6 months now and I could not be happier. I began to see results within the first couple of weeks of my training.

Heather is by far the best trainer I've ever had.
She is great at correcting form and knows how to tailer her workouts depending on each client's comfort level.
Since working out with her, I've had people compliment me on my improved posture and have gotten WAY better at crunches and other ab excercises.
I used to dread going to the gym, but training at EPH with Heather is something I always look forward to!
