Simple booklet structures - folded, sewn, and boxed - allow artists to present and collect their work in a variety of novel and intriguing ways. Basics to apply to your own work will be learned in this four-hour workshop, recommended to printmakers, wordsmiths and those who want to create something different from 2-D framed works. Students will make five different model booklets, the forms of which can be adjusted to personal art projects at home or studio.

Supplies to bring: cutting tool, self healing cutting mat, 12-inch metal ruler, scissors, glue sticks, if you have one, a bone folder. Instructor will supply papers, boards, needles, binding thread for a $10.00 supply fee.
