Peer-to-Peer Coach Training

Coaching is one of the most effective ways to create personal excellence and achieve results. Peer-to-peer coaching is a cost-effective and the most efficient way to empower the masses to reach their full potential.

In this interactive and comprehensive one-day workshop, participants are taught the basic skills of coaching and how to conduct an effective peer-to-peer coaching session. At the end of this training, participants will learn how to:

• Develop healthy and authentic peer-to-peer coaching relationships.
• Observe and listen to understand.
• Ask powerful questions to deepen the learning and uncover the true needs, motivations and desires to fuel long-term motivation.
• Identify themes of behavior so obstacles are dismantled and successful solutions implemented.
• Move someone into action.

This workshop is offered at employers, associations and within communities. There is a minimum of 15 participants necessary to conduct this course. Awakening Excellence is a recommended prerequisite for this workshop.
