Boxing 101 Class is a boxing group lesson designed for beginners and those who wish to have a professional coach push them in a group environment. Get boxing lessons from a professional coach. Members can thrive off of the energy of others in the class and learn from one of our professional boxing coaches. It is an excellent introduction to boxing as well as an intense workout.

Rick Ramos is a partner of Chicago Boxing Club and is making his coaching debut in 2008. Rick's coaching style emphasizes counter punching, angles and speed. A former amateur from the Bridgeport neighborhood in Chicago, Rick boxed out of the Old Neighborhood Italian American Club, and was one of the first Latinos to fight for the Club. Rick realizes his dream by partnering in Chicago Boxing Club in his native Bridgeport neighborhood. Rick currently serves as a boxing coach for De La Salle High School and owns a boxing management company called Rick Ramos Boxing. Rick is the Midwest representative for the Retired Boxers Foundation.
