In this class students will learn ingredients, what and where to buy, how to make sushi rice and how to prepare Make Zushi Nigiri and Zushi Maki. Emphases will be place on Knife usage. The culmination of this hands-on class is a Sushi Meal to be enjoyed by all.
Charges for this class are instructional fee and cost of food.
