We teach you the use of self-hypnosis in a personalized class oriented to our needs, with you and your partner. All questions are answered here about your childbirth, be it your first on not, for you and your baby, so you can give birth without fear or anxiety, with confidence and knowledge, with the mother totally present for Your Baby.
At HypnoBirthing class in New York Awareness Center we make it easy to learn the techniques offered by HypnoBirthing for a Safer, Easier, More Comfortable Birthing with Love, Energy and Family Bonding - comfortable and gentle HypnoBirthing method developed by Marie Mongan.
Group and private classes are offered.
