In this beginner-level course, students will build strength and learn basic aerial fabric technique including climbs and locks and simple poses on the fabric.

Classes are held in the Movement Studio at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center, 4408 Delridge Way SW, Seattle. Free parking is available on Delridge Way SW or in the parking lot at the north end of the building. Metro bus routes 120 and 125 also serve this location, at the Delridge Way SW & SW Genesee St stop.
All participants must be in good physical condition with no current injuries. You must participate in some form of regular exercise (e.g. yoga, dance, cycling) before taking aerial fabric class. It is strongly recommended that participants have a fair amount of hand, arm and core strength and a basic level of physical fitness.
