This class is taught in a comfortable environment supporting each persons goals and abilities. The class id split between working of endurance, low impact cardio and self defense techniques.

Northwest Martial Arts is honored to present Sensei Brent Mullens as our Head Instructor and Chief Administrator. He has operated Martial Arts schools for over 14 years in the Pacific Northwest, and has over 16 years of personal and professional martial arts experience. Sensei Mullens has specialized in teaching adults and youth using tools that best fit their personal needs. Through his knowledge of Psychology and Philosophy he has developed a method of instructing children who have special needs; such as, Aspergers, A.D.D. (Attention Deficit Disorder), and A.D.H.D. (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.) By having Instruction that is flexible and individualized, Sensei Mullens has made great strides in training that fits with each students personal and martial arts goals.
