1 hour introduction with hands on experience learning the basics of outdoor grilling taught by Barry 'CB' Martin, co-author of "Everybody Grills" - Published by Creative Homeowner and scheduled release October, 2008. CB is the publisher and editor for "Sizzle on the Grill" - a weekly e-newsletter and web log by the same name distributed by email to more than 1 million readers each week.
Classes are taught using Char-Broil propane and charcoal equipment and located on the outdoor video set of 'Sizzle on the Grill.' Classes may be delayed or canceled due to rain or other inclement weather.
We'll teach Searing, classic barbecue and smoking techniques that you can practice on your own grill. Focus is on Chicken, Beef, Pork, Burgers and Vegetables.
