"Get a great mind and body workout"
Review of Kims Tae Kwon Do , May 06, 2008
I signed up for this class with no prior martial arts experience, and have already learned so much. The instructor, Jeanie Ahn, is a terrific teacher and is great at explaining the purpose of each move. There are actually 2 instructors, which is really helpful to see them demonstrate the moves with each other. No matter which skill level, you will get a great, challenging workout! Tae Kwondo helps to build worthy character in students, promotes us to support each other's achievements in class, and teaches us to be good role models in society. In addition, I highly support the philosophy of TKD, which is to exemplify honor as a human being with great character and to maintain the highest possible standard of business and professional conduct. Join class and improve your flexibility, core strength and overall health. I have hypertension, and have already experienced lower blood pressure since beginning class! Great for all families.
