Spicy Lime Pork
200 g pork loin / cut into 1 cm thick
1 leave of lettuce
5 grove garlic chopped
2 red chillies chopped
1 tbsp palm sugar
3 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp lime juice
1tsp black soy sauce
1 tbsp white pepper
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp water
Prepare:
Put the pork into the mixing bowl. Add peanut oil,salt,white pepper,black soy sauce into the pork, mix well.
Put the frying pan into the hight heat, add mixed pork into the hot pan and roasted until the pork turn brown and cook well, then turn off the heat, wait till it cool down.
Put the cooked pork on top of the lettuce in the serving plate.
Prepare sauce:
In the small sauce pan, add in garlic,chillies,palm sugar,fish sauce ( to taste),lime juice ( to taste),water, and mix well.
Then just put the sauce on top of the pork and enjoy!.
