I have had the opportunity to work with Dave on many occasions. He has provided me with delicious recipes and great drink suggestions. Outside of his help in the kitchen and bar, he has provided a lot of great insight as a result of his highly-developed business acumen. Dave provides great encouragement while still maintaining a realistic outlook. You are sure to have a great experience with Dave!
