Review of Chef David from Provence, March 18, 2009

I had been wanting to make my own bread for quite a while and finally decided to arrange a lesson.
David was so knowledgeable as well as fun. He is french and his approach is unique, authentic . I left with a much greater understanding and attitude toward the process, one that I don't think one can get from reading a recipe(s) alone. I am inspired to learn even more now. I figure the money I save now from not buying my bread at the store, was well worth the cost of the lesson.
