Subject: Cooking Classes

Ages: 18 year olds or older

This class will study and participate in vineyard and winery practices that are appropriate for this time of year(winter). Discussions of different cellar activities and types of aging along with how these influence the finished product will be the primary winery focus. In the vineyard a study of vine management and how it influences the following year's crop will be explained.
