We'll create a delicious and healthy Fall meal that is inspired by the produce in local Farmer's Markets. Make the protein in your meal exciting and scrumptious by learning a few new roasting ideas and creating sauces to complement the other flavors in the meal. The menu will vary based on available ingredients at the market but will likely include an arugula and goat cheese salad with cranberries, roasted spiced pork tenderloin and apple-pineapple sauce, fish fillet with herbed creme fraiche, sauteed autumn vegetables and a beautiful clafoutis for dessert.

Review of Healthy Fall Dinner Parties, November 06, 2009
Having cooked with and been cooked for by Stephanie, the thing that impressed me most was how she was able to innovate to combine ingredients to simultaneously achieve balance and contrast with her food - something that a good cook never tires of exploring. So if you're considering a class and think that maybe you already know what you are doing in the kitchen, you'll still get fun and value from cooking with Stephanie.

Review of MsScrumptious, March 01, 2009
If you want to discover a hidden gem, look up Scrumptious Street on the web. This is excellent cooking instruction in the beachside town of Pacifica, just south of San Francisco. Three of us were recently at Stephanie's house (she can come to yours as well) for a 3-hour cooking lesson learning how to make some spectacular vegetarian dishes. Everything was light, flavorful, and incredibly creative, with ingredients bought in-town (and Pacifica isn't know for gourmet cooking stores, as the City is). We had a relaxed evening and learned some new techniques. The best take-away message Stephanie imparted was to be more daring and experiment with flavor combinations. I want to drag my husband along next time for a lesson in various fish preparations! Check this place out if you're anywhere in the Bay Area - you'll love it!
