Review of Sizzleworks, March 05, 2009

I cannot say enough good things about Sizzleworks and Chef Carol. She goes to an extraordinary degree of preparation for her classes. I just finished her Cookwise series and learned a tremendous amount of not only the how, but the why of cooking. I now find myself saying that the food that I learned to prepare in her classes is so much better than the same thing in a restaurant! If you ever wanted to improve your understanding of cooking and take it to the next level, then this class is for you. Carol's classes are not only relaxed and informative, but really fun. You don't sit and just listen in this class. You are actively preparing the recipes and then sitting down with your classmates to enjoy what you prepared. Believe me, you won't be disappointed! This class is attended equally by both men and women.

Review of Sizzleworks, February 07, 2009

I've taken several classes from Carol Dearth of Sizzleworks and would recommend her to anyone wanting to develop cooking skills. Sizzleworks' space is beautiful, with good visibility and elbow room for the hands-on classes. The menus are always delicious, and Carol and her staff are a pleasure to work with.
