Let's Do Fondue!

Let's dig out the fondue pot and have some fun! Join Betty for this hands-on class where you learn to create some delicious fondues to serve your family and friends. We'll make two cheese fondue recipes, a classic broth fondue, and a yummy chocolate fondue for dessert, taking time in class to taste these delicious fondues. Perfect for a late winter get together! Class recipes include: Beer Fondue with Kielbasa; Basil and Fontina Cheese; Flavorful Fondue Broth; and Chocolate Coconut Fondue. We'll also make some accompaniment sauces. Some recipes contain meat.
