You will want to have your own sushi party after this 2-day workshop! Machiko Conway, instructor at CSM and Skyline College, will demonstrate how to create different types of sushi rolls and handrolls with various kinds of fish and seafood and how to prepare sushi rice. Learn about sushi ingredients, tools and knives. You will take home valuable instructions and recipes. Best of all, you get to enjoy sushi in class and take home some! Bring a cutting board, long-blade knife and a container to bring plenty of sushi home. Materials Fee: $25 payable to instructor in class.
