Chef Vicky McCaffree will teach traditional recipes with a dash of “new” to spice up your holiday meal. Menu: Herb Roasted Brined Turkey with Madeira Gravy, Shredded Brussel Sprouts with Bacon and Pecans, Celery Root Potato Puree, Cornbread Sausage Stuffing and Pumpkin Crème Brulee.
