I absolutely loved learning how to make Tamales just like the ones I love at PorQue No restaurant! The teachers were kind and *extremely* knowledgeable! The class space was comfortable, and the class size was totally appropriate. I can't believe I got to take home a dozen tamales for my family! So delicious!

Finally, the mysteries of tamale making were revealed to me in this class by chefs from Por Que No. And we got to take home a dozen tamales to share with our family and friends...There was a small amount of confusion in the class because they are chefs foremost and not teachers per se, i.e. not handing out the recipes prior to giving instructions until prompted by a student, but it all worked out.
