LEARN HOW TO PREPARE AN AUTHENTIC THANKSGIVING DINNER FOR YOUR FAMILY
Come into the kitchen and enjoy practicing the skills necessary to make Thanksgiving the best holiday of the year. Join your classmates in the preparation of this exceptional and exciting traditional American feast then sit down to your fully prepared meal. You will gain the confidence to recreate it for your own family. With Louise Hasson as your guide, you will learn how to roast the turkey quickly; get a head start on vegetables, gravy, and side dishes; and make the perfect pie. Since we all love this holiday so much, this class has become the most frequently prepared menu by students in the program and is the traditional family menu of the Hasson clan. You won’t want to miss this once-a-year opportunity for a full sit-down dinner and a new tradition for your family. So reserve your place early! Please note this class starts at 6:30 pm.
Herbed Roast Turkey with Sherry au Jus; Mushroom Chestnut Stuffing; Brandied Yams Mashed Potatoes and Gravy; Cranberry-Orange Sauce; Brussels Sprouts Pot Pourri; Cranberry Sorbet; and Pecan Tart with Rum Vanilla Whipped Cream.
