Review of Therapeutic Chef, December 05, 2008

I recently took a nutrition/cooking class from Kristin Doyle (TherapeuticChef) and found it to be very enlightening in many ways. Kristin was an incredible instructor and really conveyed nutritional information in a way that was easy to absorb. She also had a really good grasp on the information and was very happy to answer any questions I had (as well as anyone in the class) in a very descriptive and easy to understand way. All of the information provided was very well organized and really made sense. Not only that, but after adopting some of the concepts and ideas, I've already noticed significant changes in energy levels and general well being and happiness. I would recommend this class to anyone interested in weight loss and/or looking to improve how they feel and also think that this sort of information should be taught in a much larger scale to the general public - especially by people like Kristin.
