Fitness Class: Cycle Zone

An intense 45 minute cycling workout. Your instructor will provide the motivation while taking you through rides of hills, valleys and fun cycling drills. Be prepared to sweat, bring a towel and water bottle to class. Cycling shoes are optional. (Pedals are SPD compatible).
