Liz joins our staff as a recent graduate from the east coast, where she was a Division I collegiate athlete and trained to teach spinning.Her spinning class offers 60 minutes of high energy cardio that is designed to burn calories and strengthen the legs,back, and core muscles. We use a variety of techniques and positions on the bike including lunges, sprints, endurance sets, hill climbs and specific muscle targeting. Liz plays new music tracks each week to keep it fun!
No experience is necessary. Wearing lightweight workout gear and bringing a small towel/water bottle to class is recommended.
