Basic real estate course for beginners. This is live instruction and can also be taken On-Line or by Home Study. This course and others are approved by the Department of Real Estate and will satisfy the requirement for taking the State exam. This course will go for one month and you must past a Midterm and Final Exam in order to pass. Classes are small and full presently.
