This class is for all age levels. There will be two instructors for this class. While one instructor teaches the other will walk around and focus on details and technique with dance precision. This class features a combination of hula and tahitian dance for beginners. Students will learn the basic hula and tahitian moves and names. Students will be able to combine several moves into very basic choreography. Students will also have an 8 week session recital.

I've been exposed to the Hawaiian culture since I was little but dancing hula never interested me. That was until I met Aiwa from Polynesian Party Planners. She is such a dedicated instructor with spunk, ingenuity and talent. If you saw her dance that would be enough to inspire you to want to learn the ancient dance of hula. And her Tahitian is the best I've ever seen!
In just a year and a half she has taught me so much and it has been a privilege to work with her. But be prepared to work because her choreography is anything but boring.
