  Charla teaches ballet in a fun and creative way for kids. They learn the balletic moves, how to control their bodies, the language but are then given opportunities to create their own moves to the fun mix of music. We especially like the holiday themes. Her classes and instruction are age appropriate as well. Charla is a nice role model as well; a very warm and friendly person.

  as a a beginning ballet student, i've found charla's instruction to be nothing short of wonderful! she's got the gift of being able to tailor her instruction to the interests, skill sets and comprehension levels of her students--highly engaging and encouraging! she's inspired me to practice ballet as a lifelong study. i say whether you're a novice who's always wanted to learn the fundamentals, a trained dancer looking for a daily or weekly class, a parent looking for a group class for your children, or are interested in crafting a dance for a special event, work with charla if you get the chance. she has a very warm, human way of demystifying movement and helping the dancer acheive his or her goals. i'm always amazed at how much i learn from each of her classes.
