Intermediate/Advanced Level Aerial Dance

This class is for those who already have some experience in trapeze/aerial work. This class merges the movement vocabulary of dance with the aerial equipment including "motivity trapeze, hoops, slings, rope and harness. Focusing on aerial improvisation and small composition studies students create new vocabulary and self expression in a safe way.
Aerial Dance is a great way to improve core and upper body strength, flexibility, confidence, and overcome fear. It’s fun!
