Intermediate/Advanced Level Aerial Dance
This class is for those who already have some experience in trapeze/aerial work. This class merges the movement vocabulary of dance with the aerial equipment including "motivity trapeze, hoops, slings, rope and harness and bungee. Focusing on aerial improvisation and small composition studies students create new vocabulary and self expression in a safe way.

Cherie leads a very relaxing and open class. She tests your boundaries on self-expression and that is what I was looking for. My daily job is a lot of technical information that I have to present to my clients and it was nice to have that freedom of movement and to let go. Cherie was great!
