After School aerial classes for girls ages 14-17. Hanging, spinning, climbing, sitting and dancing on trapeze, hoops and slings, this four week series focuses on fun, skill development, social interaction, large movement activities, and presentation. Aerial experience required. By invitation only. Class size is limited.

I have been attending Cherie's Yin Yoga class for almost two years now, and it is now a lifelong commitment for me. Cherie makes Yoga accessible and meaningful for all students, and is mindful of limitations and issues to eliminate discomfort or injury. My greatest joy is how Cherie complements the training with spiritual insights that are profound. It is no wonder her classes are always over flowing. I have been to other classes and other instructors, but Cherie is the best by far.
