Review of Viola Brumbaugh, September 22, 2009

Viola is the real deal when it comes to Tai Chi and Chi Gong. She has studied in the traditional Chinese methods, under masters and grandmasters in the U.S. and in China - and it shows. She can teach beginners, intermediate students and advanced all at once, and everyone gets what they need. And when someone has a question, she knows the answers. She understands the martial context of Tai Chi and the healing benefits of Chi Gong, unlike many teachers. Viola is also truly dedicated to her students, and gives 100% in her classes. If you are looking to improve your health and your life, you can't go wrong with Tai Chi with Viola Brumbaugh.
