Personal Boot Camp

Do you need to get in shape quickly for an event like a wedding, family reunion, vacation, new job, etc.?

Ideally, we can start you out at least 6 weeks prior to your goal and you will see and feel the results!

We will meet a minimum of 3 times a week. You will have homework! Your homework will be to eat consciously, get plenty of rest, and stretch!

    I'm a 46 year old man and I have really benefited from working with Sue. We do both Pilates and training together, including free weights. Sue is exceptionally knowledgeable, and very versatile to help either focus on target areas or make modifications to avoid injuries. And what I especially like about her style is that she is very vigilant about my technique, and is ready with a friendly and helpful correction when I need it. I've worked with many other trainers, and Sue is unquestionably one of the best.
