This class is the hottest cardio kickboxing class around for fitness training. Turbo Kick® is a fusion of hip hop and kickboxing. It is the ultimate cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai-Chi like cool-down.You’ll love having fun and losing weight. Each class is chalked full of a fun, fast paced, full body workout that help you lose inches, get lean and tone...all while having fun and burning calories!
After an intense 60 minute session of Turbo Kick®, we will move into our sculpt portion, better known as - Total Body X. We will push you for 30 minutes to limits you didn't know you had. From head to toe, we will focus strength training, interval drills, core strength and overall, total body conditioning. This will be a hard working, yet fun, 30 minute class that will kick start your metabolism for a fat burning day!

I have taken Taryn's Turbo Kick class a couple of times and it is really great. Taryn has so much enthusiasm and you can tell she loves to teach! The workout is fast paced but fairly easy to follow. She says to give her class three chances and you will get it. I have done it twice and I feel like I got it on the second time. The workout is fun and the music is energizing so you hardly feel like you are working out, although you will be dripping with sweat by the end so you know you put your hour to good use!!! I highly recommend this class and any class that Taryn teaches!!
