A better grasp of these concepts reduce conflict and improve mutual respect and understanding.

In this class, we will explore the communication process, barriers to effective communication, understanding and valuing differences, understanding perception and perceptual errors, re-discover good listening skills, and discuss conflict skills.

We all have the need to feel wanted and important. We'll discuss how all these concepts can be applied to improve our relationships.

This is a highly interactive and fun course. You will discover the relationship cycles and understand how to add more fun, comfort, security, respect, and the feeling of importance to your relationships.

We'll share ideas on what works with other people in addition to what psychologists say.

Classes will start when 20 people are pre-registered. A limit of 40 is in effect to keep the class more intimate.
