Film/Video lighting workshops

Light and Shadow Boot Camp is a three-weekend, intensive, hands-on workshop for independent filmmakers and students who want to learn fast, simple and effective lighting techniques without a big-studio budget.

The Boot Camp will emphasize demonstrations, hands-on practice and Q&A's to learn fast, simple and effective lighting styles without a big-studio budget. With only a handful of lights, little time, and a small crew, you will be taught lighting under stress and everyday production constraints. Each day will focus on a different theme.

Lighting Boot Camp runs 3 weekends between 9/26 – 10/11 on Sat & Sun, from 11:00 am-2:00 pm. $750 for professionals, $650 for students. Equipment cost is included.
