How do I make balloon animals? 2 posts

I got a book from Border's, one of those in the clearance section right as you're walking through the breezeway, on making balloon animals. I was very excited, but even following the directions, it's much harder than I thought. I managed to pop every balloon that came in the kit without any success. Maybe the balloons were cheap, maybe I need some extra help. Probably both. Does anyone out there know how to make balloon animals, and more importantly, know how to teach that skill to someone else?
